CREEMEE STAND

Owner: Abby Gagne

Abby started this business during the summer of 2021 at the age of seventeen and has been running it ever since. Abby was the 2021 Vermont Maple Ambassador where she traveled throughout Vermont and New England talking to people about the how important the maple industry is to Vermont and what maple is (as many had no clue). Abby is sophomore in college working forwards a bachelors degree in business management. Most days, you can find Abby's smiling face at the cremee stand.

Mission

Our goal is to educate the public about the importance of supporting local businesses and farmers. We want to be a place for families to gather on hot summer days. We strive to provide the highest quality products that are all locally sourced. Everyone that walks through the doors isn't just getting a cremee, but an experience. We talk about how maple syrup is made, the uses of maple, and usually a story or two is shared. We want to make a connection with everyone that we see, even if you are just visiting the area. You will be met with a smiling face when you enter Gagne Maple and you will leave with a smile on your face! 

How we Started

To make a long story short, Abby needed a summer job and did not want to work anyone as she wanted to be her own boss. Abby wanted to be her own boss, so she started her own cremee stand during the summer of 2021 and has been running it ever since. We want to thank the Franklin County community for keeping us going each summer, we are beyond thankful for you. Gagne Maple is unlike any other cremee stand in the area as you are not just buying products, but seeing where the products are made and who makes them.
