SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping is included in the price and delivery should be 2-3 business days.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:
Gagnemaple.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Gagnemaple.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Gagnemaple.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
REFUND POLICY
Returning an item:
If you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from Gagne Maple, LLC simple return the item. Gagne Maple will provide a refund to the customer or exchange the item, minus shipping cost. Please let us know if something is not right with your order, so that we can correct the issue. Thank you
Cancelation:
Your order can be canceled with no charge before item is shipped. After the order has shipped then the order is a return.
